The 48H MethodThe 48H Method

Start a business in 48 hours.

The 48H Method is a course for busy people who want to start something - with an idea or without one. One weekend to build the offer and take it to market. Then two weeks of hands-on support to sharpen it, sell it again, and walk out with a real business that already made money.

01
The first 48 hours
By the end of the first weekend, you'll have an idea and an offer ready to sell.
02
Take it to market
In week 1, you pitch it to real people and see if they'd pay you. If they do, you have a business. If they don't, ->
03
We make it sellable
We teach you exactly what to do to sharpen the offer, make it work, and get people to pay you.
Why you're still not started

Whether you have an idea or not, you're stuck at the same place.

Maybe you've had an idea for months and never shipped it. Maybe you don't have one at all and keep waiting for the right one to appear. Either way, you haven't put a price on anything and asked a real person to pay. That's what we do together, on a deadline, in two weeks.

I did it myself. This is how I'd do it again.

I was a tech executive who just wanted an extra €1,000 a month. Seven months later my side hustle was making four times my salary and I quit. No audience, no face on camera, no fancy launch. Just the same steps I'll walk you through.

How it works

48 hours to launch. Two weeks to make it work.

We teach you how to find the idea (or sharpen the one you have), shape the offer, pitch it, and know when it's the right one. Everything is prepared. You just do it.

01
Weekend 1 — Aug 15–16

Find the idea, build the offer.

Come with an idea or come with nothing - by Saturday afternoon you'll have one. We run you through the idea-generation process (skills, contacts, annoyances, unfair advantages) and pick the one people are most likely to pay for. By Sunday night it's a real offer.

02
Week 1 — on your own, with backup

Go sell it.

You take the offer out into the world and pitch it to real people. I hand you the exact scripts - what to say, where to say it, how to handle 'let me think about it.' Daily support from me in our Slack community, so you always get feedback.

03
Weekend 2

Fix it and start building.

You come back with real feedback. We rework the offer based on what people said (and what they paid for). Then we start building the thing itself - just enough to deliver, no more.

04
Week 2 — on your own, with backup

Sell it again. Better.

Same playbook, sharper pitch. This is where most people get their first real yes - because now you're not selling an idea, you're selling something people already asked for.

05
Weekend 3 — final

Show what you built.

Everyone presents: what you built, who paid, what you learned. We build your next 30 days together - keep going, go bigger, or start over with what you now know. You leave with a business, not a course completion certificate.

The real reasons you haven't started

If any of these are true, this was built for you.

Six things that stop people from doing this.

01

"I've tried before and it never worked."

Trying alone with no deadline and no script is a different sport. Here you have a set weekend, exact steps, and someone on the other end when you get stuck. Most people who tried and failed on their own get their first yes here.

02

"I have a day job."

Good. This is built for you. Weekends for the big work, evenings for the small work. Everything happens in private messages so nothing is public. Want to stay anonymous? Use a brand name - I built an audience of 1.6 million with nobody knowing my face.

03

"I have no audience."

Neither did I. You don't need followers to make sales - you need the right ten conversations. We show you exactly where your buyers already are - contacts, warm intros, communities, marketplaces - and give you the word-for-word scripts for each.

04

"I don't even have an idea."

Perfect starting point. Weekend 1 is built for this - we run a process on your skills, your network and the things that annoy you daily, and pull out a shortlist of ideas people actually pay for. You leave Saturday with the one you're going to sell.

05

"What if no one pays?"

Then you found out in days, not months. You walk away with real market feedback, a sharper pitch, and a clear process for the next idea. No product nobody wanted. No time wasted. And you can join the next round for free.

06

"I don't have time to build something first."

You don't build first. You sell first, build second. Weekend 2 is for building only what someone already paid for - and once someone has paid you, you'll make the time.

The promise

If nobody pays you, you come back for free.

Show up, do the work, follow the playbook. If nobody has paid you by the final weekend, you join the next round on the house - new idea, everything you learned still in your back pocket. Either way, every script, template and recording is yours forever.

Next step

Book a call to see if it's the right fit for you.

Let's talk about where you're at, what you'd like to build (or that you don't have an idea yet), and we'll assess if this cohort is the right fit.
